Pricing & quotes

Translations are usually quoted and charged on a per-word or per-project basis. Other services may be charged hourly. Pricing will depend on factors such as language combination, project scope and deadline. Additional charges and/or a minimum fee may apply for certain jobs. Invoicing & payment terms

I usually issue a single invoice at the end of the month, which includes all projects completed in that period. Payment terms are 30 days net from date of issue. I am VAT registered and accept payments in EUR. To enquire about other invoicing and/or payment arrangements, please contact me.

Confidentiality & privacy

I take the confidentiality of your documents seriously and will be happy to sign any non-disclosure agreements (NDA) required by your Compliance and/or Legal departments. Also, I can issue certificates of accuracy (CoA) upon request for any translations performed by Fully Invested Translation.
